  • Reporting Damage

    In case of receiving a broken product, please promptly email and notify us by attaching relevant photographs.

Further, we may need some additional information to process and approve the refund claim. As requested, you will be required to provide such details upon their inquiry. Once the refund claim is settled, we will promptly notify you via email.
